Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders to you within 24 hours of receiving the order. If it will take us more than 48 hours to ship, we will notify you by email.
Orders for scarves are shipped by first class Royal Mail. All other orders are shipped by courier.
Tracking information for your delivery will be forwarded to you by the courier company. Please note that a valid local phone number is required for all overseas orders. Our courier company will not ship internationally without a valid local contact number.
Shipping to addresses within the UK is free on all orders
Shipping to addresses outside the UK is charges have changed due to the increased costs of shipping internationally.
Shipping on orders outside the UK is now a flat rate of £30.
Returns
Orders can be returned if they are unsuitable. We will refund unused items, returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days. To return your items please do the following: -
- Pack the items securely.
- Address them to Capsule Accessories, 1 Dyer road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 5PG.
- Take them to the Post Office and purchase Recorded Delivery postage (signed for).
- Your refund will be processed once we have received and checked the goods.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Gifts
If you wish to send an item as a gift, please place the order as usual, inputting the correct delivery address on the payment screen. Then send an email to info@capsuleaccessories.co.uk referencing the order number, with alternate delivery or gift wrapping instructions, or message to go with the delivery. We will make sure your gift is suitably wrapped in accordance with your request and delivered on time.
